Services Provided

I offer individual and small group coaching with boys, parent coaching sessions, and professional development speaking services.

Individual coaching sessions range from 30-50 minutes based on client preference. Individual coaching packages are 6 sessions. After completing an individual coaching package your son will be able to identify his personal values, have a purpose statement, and come away with a personal coping strategy "toolkit" that is practical for life. I accept clients in-person in White Bear Lake or via telehealth.

Length of Services: Although not binding, the Coaching relationship is most productive at a minimum of 3-6 months.
